Why Choose an LLP?
An LLP is the ideal structure for professionals, consultants, and service businesses that want the benefits of limited liability with lower compliance costs than a Private Limited Company.
🛡️

Limited Liability

Partners' personal assets are protected from business debts. Each partner's liability is limited to their agreed contribution — unlike a traditional partnership firm.

📉

Lower Compliance Cost

LLPs have fewer statutory compliances than Private Limited Companies — no mandatory board meetings, fewer MCA filings, and no requirement for a statutory audit below ₹40 lakh turnover.

🤝

Flexible Management

Partners manage the business directly as agreed in the LLP Agreement. No rigid governance structure — ideal for CA firms, law firms, architects, and consulting businesses.
